PRS Digital (“us”, “we”, or “our”) develops and distributes software applications to assist businesses (the “Licensee”) with efficient information tracking and storage (the “Software”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Software.
PRS Digital does not capture or retain personal information gathered through the use of its software. Companies may use the software to record and store information regarding employees or subcontractors in order to meet legal and taxation requirements. This information is not utilised or disseminated by PRS Digital in any way.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Software, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that enables the effective operation of the Software. This does not include any personally identifiable information that can be used to identify or contact you.
Log Data
Like many software applications, we collect information that your device sends whenever you utilise the software (“Log Data”).
This Log Data may include information such as your user name, software version, the pages of our Software that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
This information is stored in log files on the Licensees computer system, and is not accessible or distributed to any third party companies or entities, nor does it contain any information that can identify or contact you.
GPS Location
When utilising the Software to submit and record information, the Software checks the GPS location of the device on which the software is running. This information is recorded in on the Licensees computer system to identify the location or site from which the information is being submitted, and to assist with verification of information submitted through the Software.
Bluetooth
When active, the Software periodically scans for certain Bluetooth beacons attached to equipment owned by the Licensee. When located, the Software records the location and timestamp of the beacon in the Licensees computer system to assist with equipment and asset tracking. This scan is specifically limited to only those devices which the Licensee enters into the Software, and does not track or record the presence or location of any other device.
Security
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. However, PRS Digital does not request, record, utilise or disseminate any personally identifiable information as a prerequisite for using the software other than that which is detailed above.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 7 November 2019 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
