This page explains how to install the mobile application on supported devices. The mobile app allows users to access core system features remotely, enabling them to view information, perform tasks, and stay connected while away from their workstation.

The installation process involves downloading the application from the appropriate app store, installing it on the device, and signing in with authorised user credentials.

Once installed, the app can synchronise with the desktop app, allowing users to access relevant modules and receive updates in real time. Access and functionality may depend on user permissions configured within the system.

Android Devices[edit | edit source]

  • Go to the Play Store → search for PRS Site App → download / install

Apple Devices[edit | edit source]

  • Go to the App Store → search for PRS Site App → download / install

Automatic Configuration[edit | edit source]

  • On PRS Desktop, go to Human Resources → User Accounts → Select the user to be configured for PRS Mobile → press the button on the rightmost column
  • A new email will be created → add the email address to send to → send the email
  • The user should first have PRS Mobile installed
  • The user should then open up the email on his phone, make sure PRS Mobile is closed, and click on the link appropriate for that device type
  • PRS Mobile will open with the correct configuration and automatically save the settings for future use

Manual Configuration[edit | edit source]

  • Go to "Settings" in PRS Mobile
  • URL: Enter the URL for accessing your company's PRS Server
  • Port: Enter the port for accessing your company's PRS Server
  • Fill in User ID and Password
  • Press "Save", which will validate the settings and reload PRS Mobile
