Android Devices

  • Go to the Play Store → search for PRS Timebench → download / install

Apple Devices

  • Go to the App Store → search for PRS Timebench → download / install

Configure Manually

  • Go to "Settings" in PRS Mobile
  • URL: Enter the URL for accessing your company's PRS Server
  • Port: Enter the port for accessing your company's PRS Server
  • Fill in User ID and Password
  • Press "Save", which will validate the settings and reload PRS Mobile

Configure Automatically (using PRS Desktop)

  • On PRS Desktop go to Human Resources → User Accounts → Select the user to be configured for PRS Mobile → press the Email icon.png button on the rightmost column
  • If the user's email settings are correctly set up, an email will automatically be sent with the instructions to configure PRS Mobile
  • If the user's email settings are not set up yet, the email content will have been copied to the clipboard. Simply open up an email and paste to add the content, and send the email to the appropriate user
  • The user should open up the email on his phone, make sure PRS Mobile is closed, and click on the link appropriate for that device type
  • PRS Mobile will open with the correct configuration and automatically save the settings for future use
